Shipping & Delivery

Shipping methods, fees, and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.

You acknowledge that:

  • Delivery times are approximate

  • Once shipped, delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather are outside our control

  • International orders may incur duties or taxes not included in your purchase price

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

 

 

Shipping Costs & Responsibility

  • All shipping costs related to exchanges are paid by the customer

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Pastachiavi is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method

 

 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives visibly damaged or appears lost, contact us immediately with photos of:

  • The exterior packaging

  • The shipping label

  • The damaged areas

We will assist where possible, including carrier claims, but Pastachiavi is not liable for carrier-related delays or losses beyond what is required by law.

 

International Orders

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not covered, refunded, or reimbursed

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Any exchange shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility

Local consumer protection laws may apply where mandatory.
